Biography of Serkan Tumer

Serkan Tumer brings more than 20 years of finance and mergers & acquisitions experience to help business owners successfully navigate the buying and selling of businesses.

He began his career at KPMG and later spent more than two decades in finance and M&A leadership at Anadolu Efes, one of the world's leading brewing companies, with AB InBev as a strategic shareholder. During his corporate career, Serkan advised on and executed acquisitions, divestitures, and strategic partnerships with a combined transaction value exceeding $4 billion.

Serkan believes that while transactions may differ in size, the fundamentals of a successful transaction remain the same: understanding value, preparing properly, negotiating effectively, and managing the process with discipline and care. He brings the same analytical approach and transaction expertise used in complex M&A deals to entrepreneurs and business owners, helping them achieve their goals while maintaining integrity and trust throughout the process.



Serkan completed a Finance Diploma Program at the University of California, Berkeley, earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Middle East Technical University, and holds a California Department of Real Estate license.
